I joined Milton Fire Rescue in 1996 as an explorer. After graduating from Nute High School I enrolled to LRCC in the fire science program finishing in 2001. Later in 2001 I moved out of town and started working in the motor sports industry in a sales position. As I worked for a couple of different companies in sales and customer service, I learned that the Fire and EMS service is where I belonged. 2009 I purchased a home with my now wife Kim in Sanbornville. In 2010 I joined Wakefield Fire Rescue and was able to obtain my Level I/II certifications as well as my EMT license with in a year and a half. Late 2011 I was promoted to a Lieutenant and in 2012 was promoted to Captain. In early 2011 I rejoined Milton Fire Rescue. 2015 I was hired as a Full-time Firefighter on Milton Fire and promoted to Lieutenant January 2017. During my first year as a full time employee of Milton Fire I obtained my Advanced EMT license as a requirement of the position. As a Lieutenant I have certain responsibilities being: maintaining and repairing small power equipment , scheduling maintenance of all apparatus, entering/ reviewing Incident reports, ordering and stocking of EMS supplies, managing security system, and entering new member information to a system the department uses to notify members of incoming incidents.
