Richard Morin Animal Control Officer Richard Morin is a familiar name to residents in the Town of Milton, as he has been working for the town for over 10 years in various departments. He started in 1993 working for the fire department as a volunteer firefighter. After five years of fighting fires, Officer Morin changed career directions, and decided in January, 1999 to work for a division of the police department as the Animal Control Officer. By February of 2000, Officer Morin became a certified part time Police Officer. As a result of these various positions, Officer Morin has been exposed to a wide variety of training, which include Career Firefighter Level 1, New England Animal Control and Humane Academy at the University of New Hampshire, various firearms certifications, and medical training. In addition to his job as the town Animal Control Officer, Officer Morin is also employed, full time, by Webber Energy Fuel as an LP gas driver and technician. When he has the opportunity, he loves scuba diving, fishing, shooting, and enjoying the beauty of the Milton Three Ponds on his kayak. He also loves spending as much time as possible with his wife and his Corgi puppy. |
